JANINA ONUKI

Holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo, a Masters degree (1996) and Ph.D (2002) in Political Science from USP. Was a visiting researcher at the Center for Latin American Studies of Georgetown University (USA, Washington, DC) and the City University of New York (from 1999 to 2000). Presently is a professor at the Institute of International Relations of the University of São Paulo and Academic Coordinator of the research laboratory in international negotiations of DCP-USP (CAENI)-Center of International Negotiations, Department of Political Science, USP. Has experience in the area of Political Science, with an emphasis on the Analysis of Foreign Policy, working primarily with the following themes: foreign policy, regional integration, international organizations. She holds a CNPq (National Council of Scientific and Technological Development) grant in Productivity in Research (PQ-2). Themes: 1.Regional Integration; 2.Regimens and International Organizations; 3.The Legislative and Foreign Policy; 4.Argentine Foreign Policy; 5.Federalism and Foreign Policy.
