Holds a BA in Philosphy from the University Center of Assuncion (93), BA in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (96), Masters in Political Science from USP (2000) and Ph.D in Political Science from USP (2004). At present he is associate professor, MS-3 of the University of São Paulo. Has experience in the field of Political Science, with emphasis on Public Policies, working primarily with the following themes: collective action, lobby, interest groups, entrepreneurs and an analysis of the decisive process. He is a CNPq grantee in research productivity - Category 2. Themes: 1.Organized Interests, trade policy and foreign policy 2.Trade Policy and Foreign Policy as Public Policies
